Sydney Martin is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fording Brook Associates, a multi-faceted consulting organization. He consults with a wide range of clients to improve financial and operating performance. He also provides executive coaching for senior level executives. He has more than 25 years of senior management experience with for-profit and non-profit firms for which he has served as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
