Ronald Stupak Ronald J. Stupak. Ph.D. is a recognized authority on organizations undergoing major change. He was a tenured Senior Professor of Organizational Behavior in the School of Public Administration at the University of Southern California, an executive, a line manager and a public servant. While at USC, he was appointed the Distinguished Scholar in Residence at the National Center for State Courts in Williamsburg, Virginia. As a federal executive, he helped to establish the Federal Executive Institute (FEI) in Charlottesville, Virginia. For his work in the judicial system, he received the Warren E. Burger Award for outstanding contributions to court management, executive team building, and judicial leadership. He earned distinguished teaching awards and numerous research grants while at Miami University, USC, and the FEI, and Mount Vernon College. In addition, he has done consulting with scores of business organizations on a continuum from family businesses.
