Robin Cook Robin Cook (rnc@interaccess.com) received his B.A. in Philosophy at the age of 19, and his M.A. in Human Relations at 21 – both from the University of Oklahoma. After working for the Chicago Department of Human Services, he established a solo management consulting practice working in the areas of organizational development and training. In 1992, he joined the Planning Department of the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago (34 YMCAs in the Chicago area), where he was part of a small team spearheading a massive, highly successful turnaround/culture change within the organization. In 1998, Robin was instrumental in the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago’s receipt of the George Land World Class Innovator Award. As a result, he was awarded an Innovation University Best Practices Fellowship. Robin recently contributed two papers to the First International Conference on Human Resources Development in Asia (October, 2002).
