James W. Wilson Jim’s approach to strategy development and business
planning has evolved through experience with both national and boutique
consulting firms. He worked with C-Change, Inc.,
a strategic change management consultancy, and with Cap Gemini Ernst &
Young, formerly Gemini Consulting, in supporting large business growth
initiatives through customer-centric strategy development and implementation.
He began his consulting career with The Richmark
Group, a Chicago-based consulting firm specializing in market opportunity
analysis and strategy development. Prior to his work in management consulting,
Jim worked for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency where he held
several positions including program analysis manager in the Office of
Toxic Substances. Jim has developed proven methods and tools in the area
of business strategy development and implementation and enjoys educating
clients and other consultants in these best practices. He was the practice
leader at C-Change for customer-focused strategy and distribution channel
alignment. Jim developed and delivered a Jim received his Master of Business Administration from
