Amy Wong (awong@virtualstrategist.net)
is currently a Managing Director of the MetricMaps Group, a performance management and strategy consulting
company, which applies Complexity Theory and the Balanced Scorecard framework
to focus, clarify and improve corporate performance. She has consulted with major corporations and
start-up companies in industries such as retail and healthcare.
Prior to forming the MetricMaps
Group, she developed the Performance Management practice for Plaut Consulting and helped develop KPMG Consulting's
Balanced Scorecard methodology. She has written and spoken extensively
in the area of Performance Management.
In addition to her consulting experience,
as a manager, Ms. Wong has applied her concepts to multiple industries,
including assisting healthcare, retail, and not-for-profit arts and sports
organizations to resolve operational challenges. She
received her MBA in strategy from the Peter F. Drucker
Graduate School of Management, and a BA from
